No. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances (cash or credit).
Exchanges are only possible if: The product has a manufacturing defect, OR A sizing error was made by our store. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Loose threads or inner stitching (normal in tailor-made products) Dissatisfaction with fabric, style, or model after delivery These are not valid reasons for exchange.
No. Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please make sure your measurements and selections are correct before placing an order.
Normal Season: 7–14 business days (excluding holidays). /Certain Dresses & Jalabiyas: Up to 30 days. High Season (Ramadan & Eid): 1–3 months.
