  • No Refunds Under Any Circumstances:
    Please note that we do not offer refunds (no cash or credit returns) at all.

  • Exchange or Correction Conditions:
    Exchanges are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect or a sizing error caused by the store. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

  • Threads & Finishing:
    Since all products are tailor-made, loose threads or inner stitching are considered normal and not defects. Exchanges are not accepted if the issue is dissatisfaction with fabric, style, or model after delivery.

  • Clear Product Information:
    We provide full details of fabrics, measurements, and designs on each product page. For this reason, returns or cancellations are not accepted if the product does not meet personal expectations.

  • Order Cancellation & Payment:
    Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please double-check your measurements before placing an order.

  • Alterations:
    As our products are custom-made, we do not keep ready stock. If alterations are needed, customers are responsible for all delivery and alteration costs.

  • Usage & Care:
    The store is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow washing instructions.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time:
    Normal Season: Orders Take within 7–14 business days (excluding holidays). For Certain Dresses, and for all jalabiyas orders will take 30 Days a Month)
    High Season (Ramadan - Eid), processing may take no limit or a specific period, but the customer will receive it on time (1 Month To 3 Months)
    Order Cancellation:
    Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  • Receiving & Inspection:
    Customers must inspect items upon delivery. If there is a manufacturing defect or sizing error by the store, they must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

  • Responsibility of Usage:
    The store holds no responsibility for damage caused after use or incorrect washing.
