Dress Care

To keep your dress looking beautiful, always follow the care label and use gentle methods. Below are our general guidelines for most delicate and evening fabrics.

Washing

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. If machine washing, place the dress in a laundry bag and select a delicate cycle. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.

Drying

Do not wring or twist. Lay flat on a clean towel or hang to air dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the color and fabric integrity.

Ironing & Steaming

Use low heat only. A garment steamer is recommended to remove wrinkles gently, especially for lace, chiffon, silk, or embellished pieces.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Hang on padded hangers to maintain shape, or keep folded in a breathable garment bag for long-term storage. Keep away from moisture and perfumes.

Special Fabrics

Silk, chiffon, lace, tulle, and beaded/embroidered dresses should be professionally dry cleaned for best results. Spot clean immediately if needed using a soft cloth.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any orders once they have been confirmed and processed. This applies to all products, including dresses, accessories, and custom pieces.

We strongly encourage our customers to carefully review the product description, size guide, fabric details, and photos before placing an order. If you need additional information about sizing, colors, or care instructions, please contact our support team prior to checkout. We are here to assist you in making the right choice.

Exceptions: In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Our team will review the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations. Please note that some products may have restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery due to local import laws.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated shipping and delivery timeframe based on product availability and the shipping method you select at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the chosen courier service.

Processing Time: Processing Time: Normal Season: Orders Take within 7–14 business days (excluding holidays). For Certain Dresses, and for all jalabiyas orders will take 30 Days a Month) High Season (Ramadan - Eid), processing may take no limit or a specific period, but the customer will receive it on time (1 Month To 3 Months) Order Cancellation: Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Shipping Rates: Our shipping fees are weight-based and calculated at checkout. The exact weight of each item is displayed on its product detail page. To comply with courier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full unit.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. These costs are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delays: Please note that unforeseen events (such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier delays) may affect delivery times. While we strive to deliver on schedule, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
